A list of gaps
Before you export, you get a list split into needs attention and good to know.
From the Revit model you already built, Claric Energy writes
gbXML for energy analysis tools,
an ECO2 file for the Korean assessment program,
or Excel.
Anything missing is listed before you export, and you can fix it right there in Revit.
Free, with no account and no time limit. Nothing leaves your PC unless you ask it to.
THE FLOW
Claric Energy pulls the data an energy assessment needs out of your model. The file format is the last thing you pick.

IF SOMETHING IS MISSING
WHY BOTHER
Everything the energy tool asks for is already drawn in the model.
Every design change means walking all five steps again. Miss one line and nobody notices.
You reuse what you already built. What's missing comes back as a list.
FIXING
Finding what's missing and fixing it both happen inside Revit.
Before you export, you get a list split into needs attention and good to know.
Click the item and Revit selects that element. No hunting through levels to work out which room it meant.
Whatever needs attention is fixed right where it's reported. One Ctrl+Z undoes any of it.
Some things are nowhere in the model and only you can decide them. Claric Energy asks instead of quietly picking a default, and won't proceed while any of it is still undecided.
WHAT IT DOESN'T DO
Free. No account, no key, no expiry.
YOUR MODELS
Claric Energy never uploads your .rvt.
File names and folder paths are never transmitted at all.
If you turn on sharing, Claric Energy sends counts and measurements from where something went wrong — with room, level and type names stripped out. You can turn it off at any time.
There is nothing to sign up for. An anonymous random ID identifies the installation, never you — delete it and a new one is made.

Claric Energy is free to use, with no limits and no account. If a model doesn't come out right, send us feedback — that helps most of all. And if it saved you an afternoon, you can chip in toward the work.
Supporting is a donation, not a purchase — it unlocks nothing, because nothing is locked.
