Nevic Clash for Navisworks Privacy Notice

The short version. Nevic Clash for Navisworks works entirely on your PC. It has no account and asks for no personal details. The add-in itself transmits nothing while it runs inside Navisworks. It has no diagnostic-sharing feature and no feedback-submission feature at all. Your model files, their contents and the decks you make are never transmitted in any form. The only time it touches our server is when you download the installer, and that leaves the ordinary web-access log any download would.

2. What Nevic Clash for Navisworks sends to a server
The Nevic Clash for Navisworks add-in has no diagnostic-sharing feature and no "something looks wrong" feedback feature. While it runs inside Navisworks, it sends nothing off your computer. Nothing is sent when Navisworks starts, when it closes, on any timer, or when it builds a deck.
3. Downloading the installer
You download the Nevic Clash for Navisworks installer from kephalabs.com. Like any web request, network infrastructure in front of our server (our reverse proxy and CDN provider) may record connection metadata including IP addresses in operational logs for a limited period. The add-in's own code plays no part in that record, and there is no way to connect that log to a copy of the add-in already installed and running.
4. What stays on this PC
- The deck file. Saved only where you choose to save it.
- One picture-area value. The last value entered in the deck window's Picture area field
(for example 2.0) is saved in your user folder

%LOCALAPPDATA%\KephaLabs\NevicClashNavisworks\picture-range.txt) so it is filled in next time. It never leaves your PC. - Search sets and section changes. These are made inside the file open in Navisworks; whether to save them is up to you.
5. What is never sent
- Your model files. No
.nwd,.nwfor.nwcfile, source model file, or any part of one is uploaded. - Drawing content and results. Nothing about the clash list, the pictures and values that go into the deck, or the search sets is transmitted.
- File names and folder paths. These are never included anywhere.
- Your name, e-mail, company, or project name. There is no screen that asks for them. Nevic Clash for Navisworks has no account system.
6. Third parties
Nevic Clash for Navisworks contains no analytics SDK, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. It does not use any AI service. We do not sell or share this data.
7. Your rights
Because the add-in itself collects no personal data, there is nothing tied to the add-in for us to access, correct, or delete. Access logs created when you download the installer are handled under our main privacy policy; for anything about those, write to [email protected].
8. Changes
If what Nevic Clash for Navisworks sends changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves.
