Nevic Clash Privacy Notice

The short version. Nevic Clash works entirely on your PC. It has no account and asks for no personal details. The add-in itself transmits nothing while it runs inside Revit — it has no diagnostic-sharing feature and no feedback-submission feature at all. Your model file and its contents are never transmitted in any form. The only time it touches our server is when you download the installer, and that leaves the ordinary web-access log any download would.

1. Who we are

2. What Nevic Clash sends to a server

The Nevic Clash add-in has no diagnostic-sharing feature and no "something looks wrong" feedback feature. While it runs inside Revit, Nevic Clash sends nothing off your computer. Nothing is sent when Revit starts, when it closes, on any timer, or when it creates an opening.

3. Downloading the installer

You download the Nevic Clash installer from kephalabs.com. Like any web request, network infrastructure in front of our server (our reverse proxy and CDN provider) may record connection metadata including IP addresses in operational logs for a limited period. Nevic Clash's own code plays no part in that record, and there is no way to connect that log to a copy of the add-in already installed and running.

4. What is never sent

Your model file. No .rvt or any part of one is uploaded.
Drawing content and results. Nothing about the interferences it finds, or the openings it creates or leaves on a review list, is transmitted.
File names and folder paths. These are never included anywhere.
Your name, e-mail, company, or project name. There is no screen that asks for them. Nevic Clash has no account system.

5. Third parties

Nevic Clash contains no analytics SDK, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. It does not use any AI service. We do not sell or share this data.

6. Your rights

Because the add-in itself collects no personal data, there is nothing tied to the add-in for us to access, correct, or delete. Access logs created when you download the installer are handled under our main privacy policy; for anything about those, write to [email protected].

7. Changes

If what Nevic Clash sends changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves.
